"I am a results-oriented Clinical Psychologist. My practice is built upon providing flexible and yet comprehensive clinical treatment personalized to my client's or group member's needs. I use integrated Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and Psychodynamic approaches to explore factors contributing to emotional difficulties which interfere with personal, work and familial relationships. Previous clients have benefited from my contemporary clinical style, which makes use of: tele-mental health, self-assessment questionnaires, structured homework assignments and relaxation exercises. These tools, combined with other techniques, empower clients to develop lasting therapeutic changes both during and in-between sessions."
