Out of Network Insurance

In order to ensure the highest levels of discretion, you pay Dr. Wilber directly and she, unless otherwise requested, provides you a Health Insurance Claim Form which you mail to your insurance company.  The only health information on the claim is your diagnosis and procedure codes.  Your insurance company will process the out-of-network claim.

Next, you will receive a check from the insurance company with the reimbursement from the visit.  If you have a deductible and it was not satisfied prior to the visit, then the dollar amount of the visit is applied to your deductible.
