Online Payment and Out-of-Network Insurance

To ensure the highest levels of discretion, you pay Dr. Wilber directly. Unless otherwise requested, she provides you with a Health Insurance Claim Form, which you then mail to your insurance company.  The only health information on the claim is your diagnosis and procedure codes.  Your insurance company will process the claim for out-of-network services.

Next, you will receive a check from the insurance company with the reimbursement for the visit.  If you have a deductible and it was not satisfied before the visit, then the dollar amount of the visit is applied to your deductible.
